Rebel forces have routed most of Moammar Gadhafi’s troops in the Libyan oil town of Brega. More than 30 people on both sides of the fighting have been reported dead. 14th July 2011
Rebel forces have routed most of Moammar Gadhafi’s troops in the Libyan oil town of Brega in the biggest boost for the insurgents’ military campaign in eastern Libya in weeks, a rebel spokesman said on Monday.
More than 30 people on both sides have been reported killed in fighting over the weekend.
