An explosion in Oslo has blown out most of the windows of a 17-storey government building which contained the Prime Minister's office. At least eight people have been known to be injured, with one potentially dead. Norway. 22nd July 2011.

An explosion in Oslo has blown out most of the windows of a 17-storey government building which contains the Prime Minister's office.

A witness reported that as many as eight people had been hurt, although the Prime Minister is believed to be safe.
