Because the attempt of special forces of Kosovo to forcibly take over the crossings with Serbia, Jarinje and Brnjak, and the desire to establish control over the whole territory, the Serbians have created some road blocks.

July 29th KFOR troops were trying to forcibly remove the barricades. Serbs are protected by barricades were moved to a time not allowing to pass KFOR.

Head of the Belgrade negotiating team in the dialogue with Pristina Borko Stefanovic is arranged in an interview with the commander of KFOR Erhard Biler, KFOR units to withdraw from the Rudare, they were attending in order to remove Serbian barricades. KFOR troops withdrew from that location a few minutes after 20:00.
KFOR commander Biler, threatened to use force next time, only to cross blockades.
