The Malaysia Day celebration at the Sarawak state level on Sept 16, to mark the 48th anniversary of the merger of Sabah and Sarawak for the formation of Malaysia, was held on a grand scale in the vicinity of the State Legislative Assembly complex and the Kuching Water Front in Kuching in Sarawak.
