The Spanish, Italian, French and Belgian 'Indignados' camp near the Park Elisabeth in Brussels. Workshops and popular assembly took place in the High School University of Brussels building or outside. 11th October 2011

The hundreds of Indignados who came from Spain, Italy and France didn't got the authorisation from the municipality to camp in the Park Elisabeth, in front of Koekelberg Basilica with the excuse that it's a listed park...
But in exchange they got the HUB (High School University of Brussels) building, which is empty for over two years. The building is vast and labyrinthic, the toilets are mostly out of service but the Indignados are building ecological "dry" toilets, preparing food in the cafetaria kitchen, even have a little free store with some clothes. They are organizing the public events and workshop around politics, crisis, debt, etc. They are also preparing the coming demonstration which will take place on Saturday 15 Oct.
The evening, they're holding popular assembly both at camp and outside in different places.
