From Chihuahuas to Great Danes, dogs of all shapes and colours padded through the St. Lawrence Market district this past weekend in Toronto. Booths marketing every brand of pooch paraphernalia lined the street and the sidewalk cafes overflowed with lounging pet owners and their dogs. Some dogs even took to the local fountain convienently turned into in oversized dog bath, suds and all.

Thanks everyone! I know that if i wasn't taking photographs I'd be working with animals in some way. My dog Rufus and my two kitties are a constant inspiration to me....and probably just about the most photographed animals on the planet ;)

One of my previous editors once advised me to never upset dog owners, they also buy newspapers. I have always kept that in mind.
I have two Dauschunds, and really can't imagine life without them.
Dog owners that own camera's are the worst.
We, never stop photographing them.
