Bangladesh Rowing Federation organizes the 35th Annual Boat Race (Nouka Baich) on the River Buriganga. Many competitors from different places came here and enthusiastically participated in this race. Thousands of people gathered on both side of the river and also on boats to enjoy the one day long boat race. Banglalink, one of the mobile phone network service providers in Bangladesh sponsored this boat race
