A military parade took place by members of the Mexican Army as the Ministry of National Defense presented the 105th Infantry Battalion, whose mission is to combat organized crime in the border state of Tamaulipas. Mexico. 20th October 2011

During the retreat ceremony 20 generals of the Mexican Army, the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) presented to the 105 Infantry Battalion, whose mission is to combat organized crime in the border state of Tamaulipas.

After the ceremony, a parade of honor, with the participation of 105 Infantry Battalion will depart at Ciudad Mier, Tamaulipas to occupy the new premises of the Military in that place.

Soldiers who participated in a parade headed for the first time, at the end of it, to the battlefield, where the main objective is to directly combat drug trafficking and organized crime.

This battalion was created on 1 October by President Felipe Calderon for fighting organized crime in the state.

Durante la ceremonia de retiro de 20 generales del Ejército Mexicano, la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) presentó al 105 Batallón de Infantería cuya misión será combatir al crimen organizado en el estado Fronterizo de Tamaulipas.

Al término de la ceremonia se realizó un desfile de honor, en el que participó el 105 Batallón de Infantería que partirá a Ciudad Mier, Tamaulipas para ocupar las nuevas instalaciones de la Unidad Militar en dicho lugar.

Soldados que participaron en un desfile militar se dirigieron, por primera vez, al terminar éste, al campo de batalla, donde el objetivo fundamental es combatir frontalmente al narcotráfico y al crimen organizado.

Este batallón fue creado el pasado 1 de octubre por el presidente Felipe Calderón para el combate al crimen organizado en esa entidad.
