Flood in Bangkok - Submerged houses, evacuations and snakes
The race against the floodwater continues. Don Muang is one of several areas in the capitol which is partially flooded. Residential areas are submerged, leaving the people with no other option than to evacuate. Bangkok, Thailand. 24th October 2011
National crisis in Thailand. Flooding continues, death toll is rising and more than 700.000 people are reported sick. Day by day the floodwater gets closer and closer to central Bangkok, leaving big areas submerged and property´s damaged by the enormous amount of floodwater. Rescue-teams and military personnel work non stop to help everyone they can, although it´s not enough. The crisis continues, and will for some time, maybe up to 6 weeks in some areas.
