The ongoing crisis in Thailand continues. Floodwater gets closer to central Bangkok minute by minute. Don Muang airport is shutdown, after the area got hit by huge amounts of floodwater. Thailand. 26th October 2011.
The worst flooding in Thailand for 50 years is making it´s way into Bangkok. The shutdown of Don Muang airport and businesses, the damage to property, and the supply of aid is costing enormous amounts of money. More than 360 people are dead, and 700000 people reported ill. The flooding will now hit Bangkok harder than they anticipated, the question is how hard, and where.
