The Hindu festival Diwali, known as 'the Festival of Lights', is celebrated in local communities all over the world. Traditional sweets, and fireworks are big sellers to those participating in the celebrations. United Kingdom. 26th October 2011

As night fell, local neighbourhoods are set alight with firework displays as Hindus in London celebrate Diwali. Indian shops stayed open to sell traditional sweets, savouries and fireworks to those taking part in the celebrations.
