A multi-jurisdictional police task force raided the Occupy Oakland camp in Oakland, California on November 14. Approximately three dozen people were arrested. No major uses of force were reported. Longtime friend and legal advisor to Oakland Mayor Jean Quan Dan Siegal resigned over the Mayor's decision to raid the camp.
