A protest was held to demonstrate against a series of measures to encourage and guarantee citizen security in the public spaces of Granada. Granada, Spain. 27/11/2009.
A few hundred people have been concentrated at the gates of Granada City Council to protest the "Ordinance of measures to encourage and guarantee citizen security in the public space of Granada", drawing on the inside was being held a plenary session.
Despite not being allowed the merger, and the heavy presence of riot police had no problems or confrontations. The atmosphere was festive and peaceful protest.
Unas centenas de granadinos se han concentrado a las puertas del Ayuntamiento de Granada para protestar contra la "Ordenanza de medidas para fomentar y garantizar la convivencia ciudadana en el espacio público de Granada", aprovechando que en el interior se estaba celebrando un pleno.
A pesar de no estar permitida la concentración, y de la fuerte presencia de policía antidisturbios no hubieron problemas ni enfrentamientos. El ambiente era de fiesta y protesta pacífica.
