Yes they should revolutionalize the entire police FORCE and much emphasis on the force part.Apparently they are supposed to be an institution serving Kenyans but we all know how it goes.They should start a woman known as Ringera who is a law unto her ownself and despite numerous complaints lodged against her, she continues to terrorize the massed with reckless abandon.

The kenyan security forces were founded to guard the white and his property against the african. This explains why the old armu barracks were in areas around the white highlands.
