The first Summit between EU-Morocco was celebrated today in Granada, The international conference in support of the Sahrawi people was also held simultaneously, and a conference was held with the participation of Spanish activist and actor Willy Toledo. One of the most anticipated events was the presence of Aminateu Haidar, who made his first public appearance after his hunger strike. Granada, Spain. 07/03/2010 The first Summit EU-Morocco has been celebrated today in Granada, on the occasion of the Spanish Presidency of the European Union and after the concession of the advanced status to Morocco which converts it into a preferential partner of the Union. The international conference in support the Sahrawi people has held simultaneously, on the 6th and the 7th of March 2010 in Granada. During the day a conference was held with the participation of Spanish activist and actor Willy Toledo. One of the most anticipated was the presence of Aminateu Haidar, who made his first public appearance after his hunger strike. Shortly later held a demonstration with political parties and other groups on the left of Granada. More than 2000 people took to the streets of the city.
