A man talking over the cell phone wearing protective musk as a protective measure seen in front of the Isolation Ward engaged for the Swine Flu cases in the Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital Premises in Guwahati, Assam on 12-08-09. In the recent swine flu menace, 14 people died in India till today morning, most cases reported to be from Pune. As of August 09, 2009, there were 82 new confirmed swine flu cases, taking the total number of people with the virus to 864, the ministry of health of Indian Government said. The World Health Organization said this week that more than 1,150 people have died from swine flu and the virus was now in 168 countries and territories.
