On 26th of October a meeting in memory of the 130 hostages who died seven years ago during The Moscow theatre hostage crisis, took place. Moscow, Russia, 26/10/2009.
On 26th of October a meeting in memory of 130 hostages who had died during The Moscow theatre hostage crisis, took place. On 23rd of October 40 Chechen terrorists took 800 hostages, the audience of the Nord-Ost musical and mined the building. During the storm, a sleeping gas had been pumped into the building, so Russian Spetsnaz forces avoided the explosion and the death of all hostages. Cause of death of most of 130 people has been undetermined.
