Very reminicent of South

Very reminicent of South Africa during the apartheid years of 70s and 80s, where both the local black population and the media were abused by the security forces with Government sanctioned abuse. Politicians mostly escaped prosecution, which was criminal in some cases.

I often ask, 'who polices the police?'
