Melbourne resident, Mr Gary Harrison staged a
demonstration about his difficulty boarding trams while onlookers watched the drama unfold with police.

He halted a city tram at midday as he argued his case with police, then made his way along the tram tracks on Bourke Street to the steps of parliament.
