XV Salón del Manga (Barcelona)

Salón del Manga de Barcelona is a convention of manga, anime and Japanese culture. Barcelona, Spain. 31/10/2009.

The XV Salón del Manga de Barcelona (from 29th October to 1st November) took place in the town of Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).
Three spaces were enabled by the organization to perform a multitude of activities.

The audience enjoyed new anime and manga. The otaku (manga series loyal fans) populated the streets of the city and gave color to the festival. Otaku's clothes always creates the expectation, though some showed more passion than skill in making clothes.

At the festival there were exhibitions of drawings and Japanese urban fashion, workshops to learn how to play Go, drawing and sculpture workshops. The hungriest visited the restaurant, while others read his Manga.
The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful and the public participated in three days dedicated to the Japanese manga culture.
This festival is a good excuse to approach to the new anime and manga world, see singers, artists and experts in contemporary Japanese culture.
Certainly the festival is an annual event, awaited by fans of Japanese urban movements.
