Belongs to you
Demotix is a site for original journalism. If you did not take the photographs, please do not upload them to Demotix.
Answers basic reporting questions
Your story must tell us Who, What, When, Where, Why. This is absolutely essential context for your photos. There is more information here.
Is accurate
Like every other professional media organisation we must ensure that all our news is accurate. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of your story or imagery, Demotix can’t consider pushing it to the mainstream media.
Includes pictures of 3megapixels or more
Unless your photo is over 3megapixels (for example 2000 pixels by 1500 pixels) , Demotix cannot put it in our widget and newspapers cannot print it in their pages - its just not big enough. If a photo is less than 3megapixels we can't sell it - simple as that.
