Demotix Markets your pictures to a wide variety of publishers and broadcasters. Every day your photos get hundreds of chances to be seen and licensed.

Demotix Images

This is the website dedicated to the media buying industry, accessible at www.demotiximages.com. It's geared to present all images in the best way for buyers to view them.

FTP and Daily Email Feed

Our picture editors choose the best imagery which then gets distributed in our daily image feed. Over 100 titles (and growing every day) see the ‘Best of Demotix’ edits. How do you get your stories included? Make sure they have great photos, are at least 3 Megapixels and comply with all the advice on media summary and tagging (see here).

Widget

Each week the Demotix Team licenses 20 images which appear in the Demotix Widget. Each time one of your pictures is used in the Widget, you get paid £12.50 and get a “badge” on your profile. Images on the Widget are displayed for 1-4 days.

Exclusives

A select few news and feature stories are unique enough to be chosen as Exclusives by the Sales Team. This means that Demotix offers the story to media outlets exclusively in their country. Selling an exclusive story brings much recognition of your work as well as significantly larger fee. Our last Exclusive was licensed for £500 and made it onto the front page of a major daily newspaper.
