Throughout Israel hundreds of ancient sites lay waiting underground for Archaeologists to excavate them and reveal their history and treasures to the academic world.
Palestinian looters come across the border and destroy the sites in hope of finding a treasure or something worth selling to antique dealers in the west bank and east Jerusalem.
I joined the archaeologists and saw the damage and how one looter was caught red handed with a metal detector 12 roman coins.
