For the twelfth day in a row a group of Tamil campaigners continued their protest in Parliament Square against the conflict in Sri Lanka. The protesters continue to demand that the UK government takes action to intervene in the conflict.
One of the protesters is continuing his hunger strike for the eleventh day. Prarameswaran Subramaniam, 28 has said he is willing to die unless the UK intervenes in the conflict. Reports suggest he is becoming increasingly weak.
