Pakistan is facing terrorism, economic and energy crisis nowadays causing citizen to bear great difficulties. In small the iron casting factories where furnace are used and the temperature is up to 50’C. Employees have to work under the absence of electricity for hours due to load shading. Each worker earns 400 to 500 rupees equal to 5 to 6 US$ daily. There are many small factories working in my city Karachi/Pakistan. Which do not care and follow human rights the regulations? The workers working in these factories also don’t know what their rights are. All they want to hare food for their family when they return to homes.
