  • Scenes from election day in North Lebanon.
  • It is election day in Lebanon. In Zahle voters show their blue finger, check the voter register, two nuns go to vote and one voter shows  support through painting their car orange in support of the Free Patriotic Movement. In Beirut in Sodeco trouble at the polling station results in the army having to take away by force one supporter and the sister of Nadim Gemayel tries to interfere but is lead away by her bodyguards.
  • Lebanese vote at a polling station at the St. Antonios school in Kfarshima, Baabda district, southeast of Beirut.
  • Beirut on the last day before the elections is calm. Supporters of Nadim Gemayel are visited by his sister who distributes the ballot papers. Nicholas Sehnoui, the Free Patriotic Movement Catholic candidate for Beirut One visits supporters. Posters of of Sehnoui and Abou Jamra have been vandalized. The last picture is the pre-printed ballot paper issued by the March 14 coalition in Beirut One .
