Political societies organized a sit-in to coincide with the Universal Periodic Review, and to file for human rights violation in Bahrain with the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
Associations gathered in Freedom Square with title Bahrain is Cemetery of Human Rights talked about prisoners and how Bahraini government torture them in the jail and raised some slogans and demands to overthrow the regime and the king.
The rally on Friday came as people responded to the call of the opposition February 14 Youth Coalition, named after the date the protests first erupted in Bahrain back in 2011.
