After 18 years in San Francisco, CA, I am currently traveling in South America, partnering with various social organizations to create visual essays of their work and the effects of globalization in general.
I’m also available as a freelance stringer for news organizations needing imagery throughout Latin America.
I’ve been shooting photography for about 18 years, both commercially and for private projects. With a degree in Advertising & Design I started my career in graphic design and art direction, running my own design firm in San Francisco for almost a decade and managing the creative studios of a few advertising agencies.I now devote my time exploring communities, meeting people and helping organizations encapsulate and tell their stories to the world.
My focus is on culturally and socially-relevant topics, but I also enjoy shooting travel, nature and especially portraits.See more of my work at www.allencraigphotography.com or www.creativehotlist.com/aschlossman
