Anton Jdanov

I’m a russian photographer, shooting both extreme sports, outdoor, travel and reportaje. Several years ago I was lucky to realize that photography is going to become my life.

My urge to express the emotions and energy of happenings outside the view-finder as precisely as possible led me to the shootings in different regions of Russia and on post-soviet space, also in France,
Japan and Taiwan (in the status of the photographer of the parkour team “Tracers.ru”), in Austria and Hungary.

Being attracted to various displays of human life in different conditions, I made trips to Afghanistan (a photostory “Dead hope”), Yamal peninsula (2008), Abkhazia (2009)

I work with leading russian print media: “The Russian Reporter”, “Rossiiskaya gazeta” newspaper, “Vertikalnii Mir”, “Sport Express”, “Risk” Mag, “Extreme” Mag" and russian editions of such world famous
magazines as Newsweek, National Geographic, Der Spiegel, FHM, Men’s Health. Also work with State Russian agency for Tourism and different sport federations.

I am the only official photographer in Russia of Red Bull Photofiles.

At present I’m occupied with my own project “Man. World. Wind” preparing a 3-month trip to Latin America (Venezuela and Colombia).
