Bangladesh Govt. has withdrawn its ban on popular video sharing site Youtube...... This banning has been widely reported in the media and there had been a lot of criticism of the Govt. from different quarters...... This lifting of the ban has been regarded as a positive move by many........

Bangladesh Govt. has started applying censorship in news reporting on the BDR revolt....... Popular website Youtube has been banned along with some other websites because of a video depicting the Prime Minister under flak from Army officers during a gathering at Dhaka Cantonment right after the BDR incident....... Its been rumoured that some other websites are on the hit list too........
