I thought the below document should be pointed out to you. Its rather important. It is a document written by the Berlin school of economics and the major German bankers of the Third Reich. Most of these bankers became prolific builders of the EEC post-war.

It describes everything, from using the EEC to disengage British influence in Europe for Germany's gain - to bailouts in the form of bridging loans to move to a single economic policy for all european nation states, centred in Berlin/Frankfurt. The goal, was to create a fortress Europe for Germany, with all of the periphery nations used to supply food and raw materials for German workers and industry. Making it very difficult to remove German power and dominance, or starve them out.
