Danilo Peternek Damn Peternek

My name is Danilo Peternek, born in 1983. In Belgrade (Serbia).

I`ve obtained a degree in photography in a Graphic high school in Belgrade in the year 2001. As a student of a final year (2000 – 2001.) I worked as a photographer in a daily newspaper “Politika”. After school I finished my military obligations that take one year in my country.

Since then I worked in a daily newspaper “Glas”, weekly magazine “Evropa”, “Playboy” and on a Belgrade E-portal “Nadlanu.com” on a regular basis as well as a freelancer engaged in interior and furniture photography and a few times for “Sanoma” magazine.

Since 2007. I am working in the Press Agency “Tanjug”, and "Belguest" magazine.

I have participated in a number of group exhibitions:

2. 26th annual exhibition named “Child 2002” (Zajecar 2002)
3.” Days of photography” (federal exhibition of the Photo Association of Yugoslavia) (Belgrade 2003)

5. Photo competition and exhibition named “Fascination” organized by Mercedes-Benz (Belgrade 2006)

3. Second place award for the photo-collection at the exhibition named “Belgrade and its citizens” – Annual exhibition of Foto Klub Beograd (Belgrade 2006) 4. Third place award at the Annual exhibition “May” of Foto Klub Beograd (Belgrade 2007)
5. Special award from the French Cultural Center in Belgrade in support of International competition of the Press Agency Beta (Belgrade 2008)
