Nice to hear from you George. We do assignments. See our Web edition and look up our contributor guidelines. We are working with Demotix to try and develop a "photo of the week" feature, and while we would not show more than perhaps two or three from any given country, it might be an entry opportunity.

Hi Dick, thanks for following me, and I hope you like my work. I regularly receive the Saudi Aramco magazine through the mail, and although the articles are of a different type of reportage than what I usually work on, I still enjoy the writing and photographs.
Sometimes I photograph features with a friend who is a journalist and writes the articles (Traditional Soap Factory on my Demotix page). A few months ago we were trying to think of a subject that would interest Saudi Aramco World, but we never did. I'm not sure if the magazine sends photographers on assignments, but I'd like to ask you if there is anything of interest to you from this part of the world (Lebanon)?
