His time as a photographer has taken him from the press pits of the West Midlands to the battle grounds of riots and the glamour of celebrity photography.

Ian Mawson was classically trained by Hanson Fong and has developed his overall skill by spending as many hours behind the camera as possible.He spent three years on Ocean Liners, honing his all-round expertise and from there has been a Specialist Photographer for the World Famous Cunard Line.
As a published Photographer Ian Mawson has had prints in all major newspapers in the UK.He has been published in ‘People Magazine, ’US weekly’, ‘Now’, ‘Bella’, ‘Xclaim Magazine’, and many more.

David Benton who went missing late afternoon yesterday has been found this morning at Victoria Station. He was spotted by Transport Police and from there reunited with his family. David is in good health, and his family are relieved he is safe.
