Personal Statement
I've been an independent photographer for documenting politics and the Netroots since 2005. I'm published monthly in San Francisco Magazine and also have a photoblog on their website, http://www.sanfranmag.com/content/mona-brooks-photo-blog. In 2007-2008, I served as an official photographer for Obama for America for the Bay Area and the Democratic National Convention in Denver.
