this is very unfortunate that people doesn"t know till now what is democracy, who's rule of democracy is? what is society? what is social system? what is socialism & what is capitalism? How should society should run with it's own system? what is government jobs? How far the government should handle the social affairs? The democratic first right is the REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT. This right at present is distributed by the political parties using huge social money. This social money is being used by the political parties because what constitution they created they sat on it and doesn't devote it to common people. The world constituions are running with one leg so the huge poverty, conflict in every social, economic & political sectors is going on. The political parties are sitting outside of the democracy & the constitutions and trying to control the scattered people & have the complete influence over the constitutional political rights distribution system. The election commission is also given the extra right to to create the space for the political parties so that they can able to ask votes from the common people. The all social works which government trys to do is the job of The SOCIAL SYSTEM. THE governments job is to guide, guard, assist & supervise the social system only if the social system is strong enough then the all social services would be purchased by the system available in the society to distribute it in the society itself. It is the big system would be stand behind every body in the crisis & in the success. The social system can end the debate over the SOCIALISM & THE CAPITALISM because the both the thoughts are true & both should get the fair play on the ground. The socialism & the capitalism is not the enemy but the half, partail democracy is offcourse the destroying the social, economic, political structure of the true democracy. The world at present trying to survive but needs the correct way of democracy, free constitution, the representative right, free political institutions & the social system to make people's life better and remove the poverty & terror of any type with the social unity of people.
