In 2011 Velar Grant won Picture of The Year, 2nd Prize in Human Rights Observer in Germany.
In 2012 she begun working as freelancer, mainly in Europe and Middle East, focusing on human rights and sociological changes and simultaneously experimenting with her own fine art projects in both, studio and in the field.
Currently living and working in London,U.K.
